(1) A particular electronic record shall be deemed to belong to an originator in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the originator himself transmits such electronic record,
(b) If such electronic record has been transmitted by a person authorized by the originator to do the necessary work in relation to such electronic record,
(c) If such electronic records are transmitted through any information system programmed to operate automatically from the originator or his representative.
(2) If the condition as specified exists in relation to the electronic records transmitted in accordance with sub-section (1), the recipient shall be entitled to act on the basis of the assumption that any such electronic record belongs to a particular originator.
